Cancellation and refund
If plans change
The 17 January 2027 walk has a fee: ₹499 until 31 December 2026, ₹599 from 1 January 2027, and ₹699 on the spot. Pricing lists what it covers. This website does not collect the fee. You pay Blessings Physiotherapy Clinic on WhatsApp or at the venue. If you cannot come, message +91 85910 13399 so the T-shirt count stays accurate. Any refund of a fee already paid is decided by the clinic.
If the walk is postponed
Heavy rain, a permission issue, or a safety concern can move the morning. Registered walkers are informed on the same WhatsApp number. A postponed walk is held on the next announced date, and your place carries over. Message the team if you need the fee discussed.
Sponsorship
Sponsor payments are arranged offline with Blessings Physiotherapy Clinic, not through this website. If a confirmed sponsor needs to withdraw, write to walkathonbharat@gmail.com before logos go to print. Once T-shirts, medals or banners are printed with a logo, that cost is not reversible. Any refund of an unspent amount is decided by the clinic in writing.
